Therapy for people feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. If you’re looking to reduce anxiety and build more confidence in your life, I’d love a chance to work with you!
Personalized therapy in-person or from the comfort of your home.
How I Can Help
Are the worries in your life becoming louder and drowning out the people and things that have always brought you joy and calm? Anxiety has a way of building on itself and disrupting your mood, work, sleep, and time with your loved ones. Together we can work through the thoughts that seem to be on repeat in your mind, and the need to be in control of everything only to feel more out of control.
Making time for you
Therapy starts with a relationship. I take time to get to know you, listen and understand. From there we can work together to challenge your thoughts and patterns. I use CBT, kindness, reflection, and sprinkle in some humor! Therapy should allow you to build and sharpen your skills so you can challenge your own thoughts, and you no longer need to come to therapy.
In-person and remote options

Each session costs $120.00 and the fee is private pay. This means that you pay up front and then can submit a superbill to your insurance. It is ultimately up to your insurance if they decide to reimburse you and how much if anything they will pay.

I see adults as well as children who are at least 12 years old who live in New York State. I can’t see anyone who lives outside of New York. You also have to be physically in New York State for all sessions. This means we can’t do a telehealth session while you’re on vacation in another state.

In order to be eligible for a superbill to submit to insurance, you must have a mental health diagnosis. I am unable to diagnosis and therefore cannot do this for you. We can discuss it further if you would like additional information.
